Video Premiere: American Nomad — “Hallelujah”

Juli Thanki | June 4th, 2014

Bay Area group American Nomad released their debut album, Country Mile, earlier this spring on Laurie Lewis’s label, Spruce and Maple Music (Lewis also produced the record). Country Mile, which blends elements of folk, bluegrass, old-time, and swing, includes 11 solid originals and two well-chosen covers, including a version of Martha Scanlan’s “Hallelujah.” Check out their new video — which includes harmonies by fellow Bay Area folkies The T Sisters — below.
