Wow, Rick, what a rude statement about Trisha. You obviously haven't seen her lately as both her and her husband are quite slim and trim.

Gosh, I was kind of expecting Trisha to show up on TV first in "The Biggest Loser", just like Vinny from Trailer Choir....

Is Chely Wright directing the title of her new documentary towards evangelical Christians or Tea Party members, or both?

Amy Dalley's "Coming Out Of The Pain" was initially released directly by Amy in the middle of 2011 as an indie release. Afterwards a small label approached her about re-issuing it on their label after recording an additional track or two. It's the revised version that is now coming out. What I really want to hear is all the tracks Amy recorded for CURB that were never released as DJ CD singles! Crikey!

Now that Nora Jane Struthers fronts Bearfoot, I think the adjectives "pretty" and "cute" apply to just about anything they do! (lol)

Before tonight's Music City Roots I wasn't aware of Darin and Brooke Aldrich, but now I am! Brooke has a fine female voice for bluegrass that rings out clear and true. I wonder if she practiced as a little girl hollerin' across the holler? Hmm....

Trisha's show was put on hold due to her mother's illness and death; I'm glad to see she's still going to do it and look forward to new music from her.
