Barry, while that is better than nothing I wish a lot of the Americana Festival concerts would be held at the Loveless Barn and they’d just leave the online feed live at Music City Roots website! Then I’d be in both biscuit and hog heaven! (lol)

Does StageIt allow you to boo online via Skype or yell “off the stage”? If they set up an automated tomato throwing machine you could activate online, now that would be cool…

Well, you’ve probably heard, Rick (et al) that the Americana Awards will be televised this year–live in Nashville, then, edited,nationally on Austin City Limits…I’m sure the accent will be on the performances..

Kenny Vaughan was featured on this week’s Music City Roots Show along with Connie Smith and Marty Stuart. That concert was so far above and beyond the typical Opry show these days it was like an alternative universe experience!

That Americana Music festival line-up is far more attractive to me than most of the acts featured at Fan Fair these days. Its sad that some of the best real country artists still working these days end up being taken in as radio airplay orphans under the Americana umbrella. I wish they would do live internet streaming of a whole bunch of the concert events. I’d be in hog heaven.

When are Those Darlin’s going to record a song titled “Burning The Whorehouse Down”? What are they waiting for? Hmm…
