Opry Alert! Tonight's Opry will feature The Steeldrivers, the Oak Ridge Boys, John Berry, Point of Grace, and Mandy (The Mangler) Barnett. Kind of an interesting mix. Grade: B-
Schedule Link: http://www.opry.com/shows/ThisWeek.html

Tonight I'm heading out to see a short live set from Eden's Edge at LA's The Mint club. Anyone who has heard them perform live knows what a fantastic group they are and I wasn't going to miss it. There aren't many Top 40 country acts going these days where I would pay $ 15 for a 50 minute set, but Eden's Edge is worth it (as well as Sunny Sweeney, Elizabeth Cook, and Ashley Monroe).

Just might have to listen to some of the numerous listening and download links listed today. Thankfully none of them are from Jason Aldean! (lol)

Congrats to Terri Clark on her "Roots and Wings" Juno. I see on Wiki that it didn't do well in the states and her last big hit here was "Girls Lie Too", a #1 in '04. Great singer.
