Perry Baggs Passes Away; “Somethin’ ‘Bout a Truck” Goes Platinum, Video Premieres from Alejandro Escovedo, Chatham County Line

Opry Alert! Tonight’s Opry will include Brett Eldredge, Jimmy Wayne, Sarah darling, Will Hoge, and Randy Travis. Grade: B- The Saturday Night Opry ups the ante by a big margin by including Sunny Sweeney. Other Saturday performers include Chuck Wicks, Holly Williams (Yay!), Casey James, Larry Gatlin, and the Sam Bush Noodlegrass Band! Grade: A- due to the “Sunny Factor”!

First it was news about a Brantley Gilbert Headline Tour, and now we find out Blake Shelton’s “Honey Bee” has gone double platinum! I am truly convinced the end is near for the entire Top 40 AirHead Country movement! Crikey!
