Oh well. Can't say any of the album releases spark my interest. On the other hand the album title "Harlan County" reminds me of a strange musical experience I had last Sunday! I was at the weekly free "Grand Ole Echo" Americana show and LA based eclectic Americana artist Ruby Friedman and her orchestra (?) did a sort of hard rock version of "You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive"! Once I recovered from the shock I actually quite enjoyed it! (lol) Reminded me of the Cactus Brothers' hard rockin' version of "Sixteen Tons" that I also like. Count them as guilty pleasures... Bucky was with his twin brother when the money went missing, so its actually quite difficult to figure out which person to point the finger at!
