The Marty Stuart show is an absolute modern-day treasure. One of many things I like about it is his variety of artists. He is very inclusive in that area. It seems like many other artists like his show as he has had a who’s-who list of guests.

And the few shows where it is just him, his band, and Connie Smith delight just as much.

That Band Perry album cover is awful.

Ken–I think a large reason for that is that since Shelton has emerged, he really has only put out one full album. When he first went on The Voice he was doing those two EP’s as a bit of an experiment and while he had massive radio hits with some of the songs on them, they didnt seem to do much for sales.

I’m looking forward to hearing the tracks off the new Gibson Brothers album. Hopefully there will be a handful of keepers like their last release.
