Looking forward to the Lionel Richie album and seeing him perform at the CMAs. I still love to watch the segment when the Zac Brown Band teamed up with James Taylor.

Here’s a sad bit of recent news I ran across at Country AirCheck.com:

“Chronicle: Our condolences to the family and friends of Casey Chrisman, youngest son of Riders In The Sky’s Woody Paul and his wife Teresa Goicoechea, who died unexpectedly last weekend. Casey was 21. Funeral arrangements are pending.”

What a tragedy for the family…

Opry Alert! Competeing with Della Mae is what I believe to be the final Classic Country Opry of its way too short fall season. Tonight’s featured artists include Lynn Anderson, T.G. Sheppard, Ricky Skaggs, James Wesley (?), along with Opry regulars Mandy Barnett and Jimmy C. Newman. Grade B. I wish these shows ran all year long! Oh well…
