Other songs I can think of would be Heartache Tonight by Conway Twitty (the most successful Eagles cover) or the double trouble song A Headache Tomorrow Or A Heartache Tonight by Mickey Gilley.

That was until I encountered “Brand New Heartache” and became really glad I had purchased the CD. I really like the songs Cia Leigh writes and sings and if the family band ever self-destructs, Cia will no doubt have a great solo career.

I do love Ricky Skaggs’ version of “I’ve Got a New Heartache”.

The Bryant’s were one of the most amazing songwriting teams ever. I consider them a sort of Lennon-McCartney of their era.
