Marty Stuart represents country music that’s hard to the core, bites to the heart and soul, and resounds with echoes from the past as it whines and wails into the future, smokestacks lightning with a charge that’ll light up the innards of any serious fan of country music. Marty Stuart, “Tear the Woodpile Down,” have mercy and make way for a sound that steamrolls.

Marty not only writes plays and sings Country Music as a master, he writes and even speaks about everything else that way. While Nashville continues its road to destruction with Nashville Pop we are fortunate he is still here preserving its true heart and soul.–Larry Leon
