Music City Roots Alert! Tonight's MCR will feature LA's own Frank Fairfield, John McEuen with his sons Jonathan and Nathan, The Pa's Fiddle Band, the Wheeler Brothers, and David Vandervelde. If you like old timey depression era string music, then Frank Fairfield is your kinda guy!
Schedule: http://musiccityroots.com/shows

The genesis of Elizabeth Cook's gospel EP began in May of 2011 when Elizabeth was booked to play the "Gospel Brunch" show at the Strawberry Festival near Yosemite here in California. I saw her do a live show just prior to that and she was stressing out a bit about it. It seems she's come to terms with such matters lately. Go Elizabeth!
