I’d probably go to see Glenn Campbell if he was performing nearby–since it would definitely be the last chance–but there seems to be something voyeuristic about watching a man who’s losing his mind struggle on stage.

I suppose it can’t hurt him and if his family thinks it’s a good idea, I’ll defer to their judgment.

Jasmine Rae would probably do well here in the US as she is very AirHead Country Radio friendly. Well at the least she’d likely do far better than the McClymont Sisters anyway.

I’m not sure if a name like “Ugly Valley Boys” is clever or just plain dumb! Hmm…

Great, now T-Bonehead is mucking up the latest Elton John album! T-Bone is like the proverbial bad penny, or an unwanted rash, that just keeps turning up. In this case I think “crappy” can be substituted for “rootsy” given T-Bone’s natural proclivities.

With a name like “Scout” I think she might be better suited to cowboy and western swing music. The best part is if you go to one of her concerts and don’t clap, daddy Bruce will come over and kick your arse! (lol)

I’d rather see Pistol Annies action on a new album raather than these side projects, but that’s just me.

I got Meet Glen Campbell from his people 2 days ago, but haven’t had a chance to listen to it yet. That was both a good and heartbreaking review.
