I’m sure the CMHOF will be seeing a large influx of teenage and younger girls to see the Taylor Swift exhibit and that alone. I wonder if they will have to post a “No Screeching!” sign at the exhibit? Hmm…

I figured the Cia and Stetson partnership had to be romantic as the music they make together isn’t near as interesting as the songs Cia used to compose for the Cherryholmes. I doubt that marital bliss will improve that situation. Oh well.

Its nice to see that Angaleena married a guy that quite frankly looks a little nerdy! She must have wanted a guy that doesn’t hunt. (lol) Since he’s Miranda’s tour manager, without the creation of the Pistol Annies those two might never have met. Congratulations to them both.

Scott Borchetta has a real feel for the AirHead Country marketplace and keeps personally involved. Big Machine apparently doesn’t have a corporate structure that isolates its members from the artists and the target audience alike. The fact he signed Sunny Sweeney, Eden’s Edge, and The Band Perry also proves he has remarkably good taste in music at times.

I’m not going to try to explain it Adam, but I have a feeling you’ll still be confused in 2022, when she’s inducted into the HoF at the age of 32.

Swift is indisputably one of the most important country music figures of the past 10 years – which is still a fair chunk of the history of country music.

Dunno about the movie, but the OST for The Last Ride looks pretty good, including a song by my buddy Tony Ramey.

Good releases as far as the Old Crow Medicine Show and Mavericks EPs. I’m still surprised that The Mavericks have reunited, but good for them.

I have nothing against Taylor Swift as a pop singer with a few country undertones and as a songwriter with a lot of potential. However, I’m confused as to why at the age of 22 she’s worthy of a prolonged exhibition at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Can anyone explain?
